Urban Decay has launched “another” book of shadows- this time with a NYC theme. The packaging is cute, but all the pop up to me is quite useless- just something to look at. I actually wish that they spent as much time on their colour choices as they did their display.
I have been taking a break from the “new and now” nail polishes – and I have decided to pick up some of my favorites from seasons past. I find all the new teals, purples, greens and browns fun but not timeless or date worthy. I would describe myself as a collector or makeup, my kit (well actually floor to ceiling cabinet) consists of many different beauty products, brands and colours. Today I want to talk to you about the few MAC items that I can never go without being in my makeup kit. continue reading

I am currently experimenting with MAC Face and Body Foundation- for its great staying power during the summer (oily, sweaty) months. It is holding up really well- but the coverage is very sheer. I wanted to find something that will work for those days that you want staying power and full coverage – and Revlon Colorstay will def. do both! continue reading
