Urban Decay Book of Shadows: NYC

Urban Decay has launched “another” book of shadows- this time with a NYC theme. The packaging is cute, but all the pop up to me is quite useless- just something to look at.  I actually wish that they spent as much time on their colour choices as they did their display.

Daytime Gold and Blue Eyes: MAC StarFlash Strike a Pose

Hey guys, forgive me for the over posting of blue eyeshadow looks – it is my favorite sumer colour to wear on my lids.  I have really been trying out different camera techniques more than makeup looks but I will get the other colours rolling out soon.  So this look is a subtle blue day time look using MAC STARFLASH: Strike a Pose – limited(Moonflower can be used instead) and Amber Lights.   Click here to find out how to create this look

Celebrity Inspiration for Sultry Makeup

I collect images of celebrity looks that I love and want to mimic or try out. I know all of us fashion, beauty, makeup and hair lovers have folders in our computers of looks we love, or clipings suck in drawers of hairstyles we are going to try.  Well Fessing up- I have folders which are collecting quite a large amount of  “Looks I Love” and I figured since I spend so much time searching for inspiration for looks I should do something more with it than just leaving it hidden in a folder in my laptob. So I have decided that every so often I will get about 5-10 images and share them with you to help you with inspiration or just give you something to add to your “Looks I Love” folder. continue reading
